Yes Pink is in, it is hip for mobile phones and other electronic gadgetry, like the Nintendo DS.
I think there was a time where the colour Pink was the reserve of 'pretty little things' unthinkable to include mobile phones in that category. But times have changed and the colour pink is in big time, and I'm of the male gender and I think its definately fine to own and wear occasionly the colour pink and if that carries over to mobile phones and say for example the Nintendo DS Lite, then fine by me!
Take the Samsung J700 in Pink, I mean wow. If I were given it as a present I would not mind at all and that goes for the Nintendo DS Lite Pink, they are both offer style and substance and that's fine with me. I think it's a little strange in a way that the colour pink is categorised as a girly colour ONLY. I admit that the colour pink always looks great on girls, but hey it's just a mixture of the colours white and red is it not? And those two colours are fine in fashion and other occassions with the opposite sex? I have spoken about the Nintendo DS a little on my other page. But here I am going to mention the pink styles with the samsung J700 and the Nintendo DS Lite a little more there price is nice aswell.
I think technology (and that included mobile phones like the J700 and the Nintendo as well) has a strange relationship with masculinity. It is strange that guys will buy cars to match their 'maleness' and not buy a car or mobile phone because of the attraction to the feminine qualities? A modern car will have masuline features and that suits guys fine, but should it not be the other way around? Is it not the case that girls wear the colour pink to attract guys and why that cannot be the case for mobile phones and Nintendo DS lites as well ? I think there should be a revolution (and no i'm not talking about the old name for the Nintendo Wii) in that guys embrace the colour pink when it comes to mobile phones like the Samsung J700 and the nintendo DS Lite Pink and treat them as a fashion colour like blue, black and red for example.
Well the Samsung J700 for starters in Slim and glossy, and that should be enough alone to attract men. The 2inch TFT display --very nice and the 65,000 colours add the effect, and of course it plays MP3's but only the ones you like so there is no preloaded girly songs. The other ACC and ACC+ midi audio format , as well as Bluetooth the awesome 10 meter range 21 century interface for devices like mobile phones and other gadgets like waffle irons to communicate with each other --just joking about that last one. Camera with zoom is always nice theses days and Java enabled features to play video games on your mobile phone the way it should be --who wants to make texts or voice calls anyway?
The lens of the camera can record Mpeg 4 and H.263 video and the radio feature complements this greatly.
I maybe able to say that the Nintendo DS Lite and the DS in general is suitable for girls the interface is smart and simple and I would not be surprised if it was designed by a women (i do not know any details about Nintendo) but neither I am trying to score points on the whole situation. I think I've mentioned the Nintendo attitude before and their dedication to quality systems. In the last few year they have made a come back with all guns blazing. And I dont think Microsofts xbox not the Sony PS3 or the PSP will be able to compete in the long term. In a word it's just a great game device to play. I have not played games in a while and when I picked one up (not pink though :-( ) and had fun straight away.
And what goes well with the pink combination of the SGH Samsung J700 and the DS Lite?
Will T-Mobile of course! T-Mobile (link is here) is pink and yes Im one T-Mobile and they are a great network, with now released Combi network plans and the Combi 25 on T Mobile is not bad at all as it offers 300 minutes and 300 texts for £25 a month and the web n walk features offer vey low costs for internet browsing and downloads great for the video recording and bluetooth. The 18 month contract should see you through on the plan and at only £25 a month it is a mobile phone cheap contract deal to look into from Beepy. But i am comparing this deal to the one at Amazon (here it is) and I dont think they can stand up to the deal by Beepy. For starters you have to pay for the mobile phone and fork out £90 for the price of the handset and that is poor. Is it still the same Slide handset design that is sold on beepy, I think so and yes it is still in the same colour that i'm talking about --pink that is. Does it somehow have a difference 1.3 megapixel camera? I don't think so. Is the Battery offering more than the 250 hours that the first mobile phone deal is offering, and the answer is no, they are exactly the same.
The Samsung J700 is a compact slide opening mobile phone which comes in a desirable pink coloured casing. A two Inch colour screen can be viewed when the handset is slide open or slide closed & the phone comes with easy access external keys for ease of use. The built in features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, video recorder, radio & music player. The J700 provides the user with up to 250 hours of battery standby time from a full charged battery. The phone supports Bluetooth® wireless technology & EDGE technology.
So there you go, also, Nintendo's website looks a lot like Apples website and i think they share a few things in common (no I dont think that Nintendo will be muscling in on the iPhone craze, but they are quite similar in many respects and I think that's a good thing.
